Last Chance to Get Your Veg from Project Agricola

Project Agricola Market

Project Agricola will be selling local fruit and veg at The Mede Mini Market – for the final time on the last Friday in April.

Lesley Belgium who has been running the project for two years will have seasonal, local produce for sale at The Mede off Inns Court on Friday 30 April from 9.30 – midday. There will also be a range of crafts, and home-made cakes as well as fabric bags from Team FAB.

The project was started in 2008 to make sure residents could get their five a day at reasonable prices - without having to travel out of Knowle West.

The Carbon Makeover Team wants to thank Lesley for all her hard work and to wish her well in her other ventures.

Those who can’t make it to The Mede this month or who want regular vegetable orders can get weekly veg bags from Green Footprints at www.green-footprints.org.uk.
